Important Information
- Bring sunblock, sunglasses, towel, cap/hat, swimwear and wear comfortable light clothing.
- Camel riding can be purchased directly at Al Majles Resort.
- A 4x4 SUV is needed to reach the resort's location.
- Bringing outside food and BBQ grill items, shisha and tents are not permitted at the resort.
Cancellation Policy
A strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Once a booking is made the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 7 days – 72 hours prior to service date: No cancellation fee
- 72 hours – 24 hours prior to service date: 50% cancellation fee, 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours prior to service date: 100% cancellation fee, no refund
